NIH Posts New “Value of NIH” Section on its Web Site

Today, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) announced that it has posted a new section on its Web site that describes the importance of the NIH and the far-reaching impact of its investment in biomedical research on health and the vitality of the economy, both nationally and in local communities. It links to a number of useful tools and resources, including fact sheets, external reports, a collection of news reports and commentaries, and an NIH Impact PowerPoint.
